And video of him jumping of roof at shooting, notice how the roof camera very quickly swings toward the road he runs towards, like it is on purpose following him.

Now how would a camera know to swing so far from the rooftop view precisely when guy jumps off roof then runs towards street?

Because someone was manning camera, watching the entire time and knew to film him?

 

And now it is looping allover tv over and over to cement i your mind it is the shooter.
