Yeah, another odd thing. All these still photos i assume was before the shot? Was the gun planted there and he took it out with him?

He has a backpack on his back. Watch when he jumps down, then when he lands and starts running. Rifle is in his hand/arm wrapped in a towel. Watch when he crosses the sidewalk and stumbles a bit, can see the towel unwrap a bit.
