That´s the same question my wife is asking me. We are from Germany and we are facing the same shit here. I left my job early 2017 for exact those reasons. I am trying to think about how this problem could be solved but until now, I have no answer… Maybe the shock wave will let them all explode when the truth comes out. But seriously, I have no idea how to fix the evil in this world!
