Yup, I never read the book, might have too many triggers, but in person, we war storied. I heard some that might now be in the book. Tread lightly and don't let anything trigger you, if so, stop reading and wait til a better time, if at all. I did read the beginning and it seemed safe enough, but I get it all, so, no need to read more.
