That is not a German mauser.
Ive never seen a mauser with a stainless steel barrel. German mauser rifles are in 8mm, not 7.62

Real mauser bolt comes down in front of the trigger. The suspects gun comes down close to the trigger. Receivers look totally different. IMHO.
