Just keep taking time to yourself and do things you keep you relaxed. Laughter actually exhausts and releases stress, so after relaxing, find a vid/comedian/funny animals to seal in that reset. Been there, done to me too. Reset the brain, especially with certain topics. Even if it's five minutes here and there.
