If you see a facility that is NOT flying the Flag at half mast, when the President calls for it, what number do you call, or how do you report such a thing, and what disciplinary actions happen to that facility? For example, a post office or a park.
Does someone get fired? Are there fines? Is it a slap on the wrist?
I'm talking about a public post office or a public park. Not citizens flying their flags. And thank you for flying Old Glory, by the way.
You could host a "John Van Arsdale Evacuation Day party" at your home and someone will climb up and fix your Flag pulley system, just like proud Americans did back in the good old days!
