Looks kinda set up just a little it is like they are doing public shaming skit in this way to try to project it on to other people that watch. This where it is a joke on this way.
They likely did take a real criminal though and then voice over something.
Say anything you look like your protecting a criminal is the idea and then they will say see you must be bad or something.
It is the CIA master and their plan in this way to make you submissive to them… notice they want to do this to someone that is “non ethic” using a woman screening in the background. This is the general idea in this spect.
Note if a real criminal great they are brought to justice…
But this is likely more a crt skit is all is the thing to say if you say anything your racist. And if it is real that they are protecting other people that are not ethic.
This is what it looks like as nothing on a screen I believe anymore. They do voice overs Ai cgi and then take old clips or old things and use them saying they are other things.
Notice this religious person they claim as religious people most often seem to be attacked in this way… for all I know they could be a real criminal… however it is unlikely in a controlled network that this is not being put here for some psychological manipulation…
