No I don’t think it moves. I think Charlie’s head folds over his shirt making you see less visible shirt and only ‘optically’ making it look like it moves. But that’s just first analysis. Ilk face to keep watching.
I also know that no digitally captured image is accurate anymore. All digital cams now, real time make adjustments as they capture.
