If my feelings on the ball being passed to and fro during phases is correct, NK, US, and Russia are seemingly the players. Perhaps rocket launches directed at Q team operation HQ which is actually in orbit….

Q team is under kill threat every second of the day. This theory is heavily reliant upon the amount of "payload launches" performed by our own space agencies and the resulting shilling done upon calling them out as lying peices of shit. Deadman's switch was triggered, make no mistake. Q clock is real.

passing the ball to and fro effectively ensures if improper comms are used among nations publically displaying direct conflict among themselves to coordinate their news to the public with each other so as to rally their citizens against each other purposefully. Q team sees all, therefor if 2 nations are warring and saying "more budget necessary, more blood necessary" publically, and privately speaking with rulers of the very country they are claiming to fight, Q team sees it and knows. "These people are stupid" would imply in this case that when the ball is passed with direct orders from Q team to resolve conflict and restore humanity, the targets resort to comms they think are not compromised in attempt to counter and/or locate Q team thinking they will be able to stop the deadman's switch and stop the information from coming out.

I think no matter what, steps were put into place where no matter what (((they))) do, the information is going to become public. Q team is simply making sure those in office, comped or no, prepare the public for the contents. Spitballing.
