Very possible that Q team and POTUS, who both have history of having to work with mobs, may have used a representative from one family to handle business with another family that is tied to MA. If this 'mob goon' is who anons think he might be, then he would have been arrested and could have been asked to do some good work for the cause.

Not saying he smashed up a car with a bat. But Mob families handle business among themselves. He may have been meeting with representative from a family with positive or negative ties to MA to negotiate something.

Though don't rule out that this is far to coincidental that MA would go out of his way to tweet a photo directly from Q. Good actor may have gathered massive lefty support and attention and is now guiding them to Q. Smells like a show to me.
