I had nightmares like that when I was a child.
In the 60’s. My Dad knew a lot about a lot then about Communism, Democrats and Deep State. I thought the Russians would invade our rural beautiful garden and behead and hang us all. I went a hard time with that. We were prepared even then. Now I see that the fear of Russia was in many ways a DS created fear. Not that Kruschef or Stalin were good, they weren’t, but that MSM always pushed anti-Russian fake news. Except when they had some big Hollywood actor/brainwashed idiot push Communist type movies. Reds was one that they advertised the hell out of. My Dad who fought WWII Battles and his Dad who fought WWI battles seem to know there was something amiss with our government and country.
