There it is from this angle clearly visible.

The blood is immediately running down the center of the T-Shirt, confirming a front shot, not a side shot.

Now we can match this with the googlemaps top view, position where Charlie was sitting and match the angle to the rooftop the shooter was seen running from.

Any anon got that top view handy?
