Posting on social media while in the military, active/reserve, and in uniform or not, there is not a distinction in on duty status. You represent the military and your branch 24/7. Apparently that notion has been lost along the way. Ronnie frowns
Five articles in the UCMJ deal specifically different aspects of inappropriate behavior in public. They are Articles 88, 89, 91, 133 and 134.
The military isn't a private or publically held company with all the HR weinies.
