Many did and lost a lot of money one parent said they lost 45k, anon lost 30k, hundreds of thousands lost by parents… Tricks were played over summers - removing presidents, firing professors close to tenure, replacing professors with activist teachers, dismantling the hard sciences, brutally targeting the students they identified with aptitude…know that many young people fought the good fight - many young people whose goals were slayed fought for what is true and they learned alright, nothing like being motivated by being told no in the age of information.
