The guy in the glasses looks to be security. He looks like he's about the jump the barrier, then you see him run over to the security. Unless he's a mossad agent checking on his work…. it's not likely her shot him.
I have no clue why he did that, but he is one of the guys carrying Charlie to the car. Not ruling out inside job, but it's inconclusive at the moment. Pic related is him.

Well, the deep state is always covering something for you know who. I'm pretty sure there is a cover up with Charlie too. The real question is - how do we prove it and how do we make sure something is done about it?

They appear to be looking for something on the floor. Then the blonde lady seemingly points at the camera, the camera man turns away, and the group disperses.
