I am just wondering if it was a bullet or an EMP bullet coming from the angle of the camera too. The man with the white T shirt did have an anomaly of 1 to 3 light orb reflections on his phone. So that may have been a triangulation pulse of energy that was caught on camera as a bullet. It seems one man had a wire going straight into his neck, which is strange, and that with Ai pathfinding, could have been used for Ai to target that specific area on a remote target. One thing for sure, there were many people that were 100% positive of Charlie's demise, and that means everything was planned, prepared, and tested a very long time ago.
