They have refused Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good—by subverting the sovereign will of the American people through unregistered foreign agents who dictate policy, funding the defeat of elected representatives who dare question endless tribute to a foreign power.

They have flooded the halls of Congress with undeclared Emissaries of a foreign state, compelling legislators to pledge allegiance not to the Constitution, but to the Star of David, elevating the security of Tel Aviv above the welfare of Detroit, Baltimore, and every forsaken American city—sending senators and governors to grovel at the Wailing Wall, donning kippahs in ritual submission while American sovereignty crumbles, as seen in the endless pilgrimages of House Democrats and Republicans on AIPAC-funded jaunts to Israel, where they tour settlements and meet with right-wing extremists, emerging as fervent apologists for occupation and genocide.

They have erected a multitude of New Offices in the form of lobbying cartels, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance—pouring billions in dark money into primaries to unseat patriots who cry out against the slaughter in Gaza, while American families beg for crumbs from the table of empire, spawning counter-lobbies like the Anti-Zionist America PAC (AZAPAC), founded to purge Zionist bloodsuckers from government, ban dual-citizen traitors, and end AIPAC's bribes that have drained trillions from American taxpayers since the founding of the rogue state.

They have kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies of influence-peddlers without the Consent of our legislatures—forcing the diversion of $3.8 billion annually in military tribute to arm a rogue state, while veterans sleep on streets and bridges crumble under the weight of neglect, ballooning to over $17.9 billion in excess aid since October 7, 2023, alone—pouring hundreds of millions more into IDF bases and weapons that fuel the Gaza genocide, turning American factories into arsenals for apartheid while domestic needs rot.

The warm meeting took place on September 12, 2025, a day after commemorating the infamous September 11, 2001, which the whole world was told was carried out by Al Qaeda.

Private tax collectors. The billion-dollar secret of the coal industry

A company tied to mining lobbyists and unions collected billions in levies on behalf of the government

Between 1993 and 2017, an obscure private company run by the CFMEU, NSW Minerals Council and Queensland Resources Council was effectively collecting Commonwealth taxes. The billion-dollar Commonwealth scheme was meant to end decades ago, but it is still going.

As the Administrator of the Coal Long Service Leave Corporation (Coal LSL), Auscoal Services (now known as Team Super Services) was handed powers usually reserved for the Australian Taxation Office: setting a payroll levy rate, collecting contributions from employers, and distributing billions of dollars.

For nearly a quarter of a century, this little-known arrangement saw a private company exercise one of the Commonwealth’s most fundamental sovereign powers, the power to appropriate and collect taxes.

How the scheme began

The Coal Mining Industry (Long Service Leave Funding) Act 1992 was introduced to address a looming $250 million liability in unfunded long service leave entitlements. A temporary fix, the scheme was meant to operate for about a decade until the liability was paid down.

The explanatory memorandum of the Bill made the government’s intent explicit:

“It is intended that when the accrued liability is fully funded, the scheme will be wound up and responsibility for provision of long service leave entitlements will be returned to the industry.”

To administer the scheme, the Commonwealth created a board dominated by industry interests: representatives of the NSW Minerals Council, the Queensland Resources Council, and the CFMEU.

But instead of winding up after 10 years, the scheme grew. And it grew under private control.
