Just heard the SOTU again, after the part when he praised Gen Mattis and talks about GITMO & terrorists, POTUS says "our military is not longer undermined by artificial TIMELINES, & we no longer tell our enemies our plans".

Don't know if someone already discussed this, but caught my attention…
