I tried searching local tax records to see what kind of car MA drives, but no luck. He may lease it (usually more beneficial as a write off for businesses) and may have it registered to another address. Did find his business property tax assessment was like $150,000 (usually that tax refers to property within the business like computers, printers, etc.), but no vehicle. And he was current.

What I did find peculiar was the building or land itself has an assessment of like $105 million, but a taxable assessment (listed as supplemental value) of only $383,000 so the building taxes for that property were only like $1200. That seems very strange to me. Going to try and dig on who owns the property.
