It's a frame rate thing… If we had access to TPUSA's HD video, everyone could stop arguing and make the FBI look like dipshits.
I can look at the same video as others on my computer and see not only the person in the white shirt winding something up, but physically see the 'projectile' pass the man in the black shirt and if the frames are based off time, it's the kill shot. To be fair, my monitors are 52" and 42" so I may see less/more depends on the video settings, the frame rate refresh of the TV vs the video quality etc. They killed Charlie and per the prosecutors they have one of the people involved but not the killer.
It's not rocket science, and I use the word 'projectile' specifically because the device people have suggested the person may have, unless modified is non lethal. Having worked in process improvement, the best eyes are often the untrained because they have no preconceived notions leading to pareidolia or relying on past experiences. Hence, I see something because it's there to be seen, not because my brain wants to see it. We can get into a dick measuring contest or agree that the HD video from TPUSA would be mighty handy for answering many a question. Or perhaps an autopsy report giving the bullets entry/exit path (that one might be embarrassing).
