Can I actually tell you something completely scientific without any bullshit or shitposting involved? If this particular round held enough kinetic energy at 200 yards to still be supersonic (and that cartridge with that grain round certainly is) it is still breaking the sound barrier and creating a pressure wave. That pressure wave hit his face approx 0.1 milliseconds before the impact which just happened to randomly aligned with the 30fps or 60fps camera recording. If the round hit a fraction of a millisecond sooner or later it wouldn't have recorded the pressure wave hitting his mouth region. I've seen enough people sniped at a distance to know. Don't ask me how.
