I posted a video about this incident almost five months ago where this man was unlawfully arrested for refusing an unlawful demand for ID by cops. He was stopped resting waiting out a bad storm, and cops decided his 4th amendment rights don't matter and he must ID because they said so.
Cops are unlawfully demanding ID and arresting innocent people across the nation for LAWFULLY refusing to ID.
