Might be to collect Charlie's blood and do a ritual somewhere in the hatch directly under where the 666 energy occurred. Just a theory of course. Lots of connections to Israel but we don't know for sure yet.

Lance Twiggs family member — ‘He hated conservatives and Christians, he hated his own family. He was always angry.’

More details have emerged about how alleged Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson was turned over to police while the manhunt for a suspect ensued.

Washington County Sheriff Nate Brooksby said at a news conference Wednesday he received a call from a former law enforcement friend telling him Robinson, 22, was the shooter. Robinson reportedly had suicidal thoughts but was convinced by his parents not to harm himself.

Brooksby said Robinson knew he would be caught and was afraid of a SWAT raid on his home. He was also afraid of being shot by the police, the sheriff said.

"Tyler knew it was just inevitable with all the law enforcement pressure that he, his picture in the news, the gun, the gun on the news," he said. "He knew it was inevitable that he would be caught."

According to Brooksby, the call from his friend came in at 8:02 p.m. Thursday.

"I could tell his voice was kind of shaky, so my first thought is, ‘Who died?’" he said. "'Like, who's he gonna tell me that died?' And then I couldn't fathom what actually came out of his mouth.

"So he said, ‘Hey, I know who Charlie Kirk’s shooter is. I know the family through religious association, and he's in Washington County now. And we're working to get him to come in voluntarily,'" Brooksby continued.

"During that phone call, some information was provided about Tyler potentially having some suicidal ideation [and] was en route to a remote part of Washington County. The parents convinced him not to do that and conveyed that they would stand by him and help him surrender peacefully."

Robinson asked for a "peaceful, gentle" surrender, a condition to which the sheriff agreed to in order to get him to turn himself in. He was described as "quiet and somber" upon apprehension.

Brooksby's office did not question Robinson while he waited for the lead investigators to arrive.

Speaking about Robinson's family and his roommate and lover, Lance Twiggs, the sheriff said, "They need to lay low for a long time" but did not elaborate further.

Brooksby told Fox News earlier in the day that Twiggs is in a "safe space very far away from St. George," the Utah town where the pair lived. He added that law enforcement officials from outside of his agency are talking to Twiggs' associates.

According to Brooksby, there is a Washington County Sheriff's deputy with the last name Robinson who is not related to the shooter as was initially rumored. He asked the media to make that point clear because the unrelated Robinson continues to be harassed.

Robinson's lover, who is transgender, lived in a townhouse with him for about a year, according to a relative who spoke to Fox News Digital.

"He hates conservatives and Christians," the relative said. "He hated us. He was not raised that way, but he, over the years, has become really detached [and] been radicalized."

"He has obviously gotten progressively worse the last year or two," the relative said, adding that he's "always very angry."

Robinson faces charges of aggravated murder, two counts of obstruction of justice and felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, two counts of witness tampering and commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child.

Kirk was hosting the first event in his The American Comeback tour last Wednesday when he was shot and killed.

Authorities say Robinson climbed onto the roof of the Losee Center at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, and discharged one round from a rifle, striking Kirk in the neck.

Kirk, a conservative titan who traveled the country fostering debate and open dialogue with university students, was pronounced dead a short while later.

FTC sues Ticketmaster, Live Nation, alleging ‘illegal’ ticket resale tactics

-The Federal Trade Commission sued Ticketmaster and Live Nation for allegedly engaging in “illegal” ticket resale tactics.

-The suit was filed in California federal court on Thursday.

-Seven states joined the suit alongside the FTC.

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission on Thursday sued Ticketmaster and its parent company, Live Nation Entertainment

, over what it called “illegal” ticket resale tactics.

The lawsuit was filed in federal court in California. Seven states joined in the lawsuit, including Florida, Illinois and Virginia.

In the filing, the FTC wrote that the companies “tacitly worked” with scalpers, allowing them to “unlawfully purchase” tickets to increase their profits.

″[Ticketmaster and Live Nation’s] illegal conduct frustrates artists’ desire to maintain affordable ticket prices that fit the needs of ordinary American families, costing ordinary fans millions of dollars every year,” the lawsuit reads.

The lawsuit alleged Ticketmaster has taken a “bait and switch” approach, which allows the company to alter its advertising of ticket prices to effectively lift total prices, according to the FTC. It also alleges that the company allows brokers to exceed ticket limits on purpose with resale and violates the Better Online Ticket Sales Act.

The FTC alleged that Ticketmaster is effectively “triple dipping” by collecting fees from brokers on the primary market, brokers on the secondary market and consumers on the secondary market. The consumer protection agency said the company made $3.7 billion in resold tickets between 2019 and 2024.

The FTC said the alleged practices have affected consumers and artists on both sides of the Ticketmaster sales.

“I want an injunction that tells Ticketmaster, ‘You can’t do this anymore. You can’t you can’t screw ordinary American consumers who just want to go to a baseball game or a concert, so that brokers can make massive profits and ticket master can share in those profits,’” FTC Chairman Andrew Ferguson said on CNBC’s “Closing Bell Overtime.”

Ferguson also weighed in on the agency’s relationship with President Donald Trump, saying that the FTC is “proud to carry out the president’s agenda today.”

According to the FTC, Ticketmaster controls roughly 80% of major concert venues’ ticketing, and between 2019 and 2024, consumers spent more than $82 billion purchasing tickets on the platform.

Ticketmaster and Live Nation did not immediately respond to CNBC’s requests for comment.

Shares of Live Nation fell roughly 2% after news of the lawsuit.

Ticketmaster is also under investigation in the U.K. over its use of “dynamic pricing” for ticket sales for reunion concerts from Britpop band Oasis. Dynamic pricing is a tactic used in many concert sales to reflect broader shifts in the market, justifying higher prices.

Last year, the Justice Department sued to break up Live Nation and Ticketmaster over alleged antitrust violations, claiming the company had too large a monopoly in the ticketing industry. The lawsuit followed a 2022 probe into the company after a rollout of tickets for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour came under intense scrutiny due to its mishandling.

Decomposed body found in singer D4vd's impounded Tesla identified as 15-year-old girl

Law enforcement said that the girl, Celeste Rivas, was identified through forensics and that her death is being investigated as a homicide.

The decomposed body found last week in singer D4vd’s Tesla at a Los Angeles impound lot was identified as that of a 15-year-old girl.

The girl, Celeste Rivas, was identified through forensics, NBC Los Angeles reported. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office has not yet determined a cause of death.

"At this time, the LAPD does not have a crime classification from the coroner as to the mode or manner of death. Thus, we do not have any suspect information at this time,” the Los Angeles Police Department said in a statement.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement Tuesday that it has confirmed with "the Los Angeles Police Department that Celeste Rivas Hernandez has been identified as the juvenile who was reported missing from Lake Elsinore."

In a follow-up statement, the sheriff’s office later clarified that the Los Angeles Police Department is the lead agency on the case and the main point of contact. It also apologized for initially calling the investigation a homicide.

The remains were found Sept. 8 after Los Angeles police were called to Hollywood Tow because of a foul odor coming from the Tesla, according to NBC Los Angeles and a police statement. The vehicle was impounded after a person reported that it had been abandoned.

The medical examiner’s office said the girl was wearing a tube top, black leggings, a yellow metal chain bracelet and stud earrings. She was described as having wavy black hair and weighing about 71 pounds, the office said.

Law enforcement sources told NBC News that the remains were not intact. The medical examiner had said it appeared the girl had been dead in the car for an extended period of time.

A spokesperson for D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, said he had been informed about what happened and was “fully cooperating with the authorities.”

When news of the remains’ being found broke, D4vd, the “Romantic Homicide” singer, was on his Withered World Tour. He was scheduled to perform Wednesday in Seattle, but that show was canceled.
