> they conspired.

So, they conspired to complain. It's a normal public spontaneous response to complain, make phone calls, write emails, write letters, and sign petitions.

The employers made decisions based on facts, documented public statements, and corporate, state, and local policy for employees using social media.

>No, people conspired against them BECAUSE of their free speech, and not liking their free speech.

Completely agreed. People spoke publicly and on the record and freely expressed themselves while expressing support for politically-inspired murder. Other people, singly or in groups, complained to the employers of those people. There ends any conspiracy. The only product of the alleged conspiracy was complaints. The alleged perpetrators of the conspiracy took no further action.

Much like the concept of Communism was spread by those seeking to create Red October [not the f'n movie, Anons] , the entire 'Diversity' movement was an effort to groom local revolutionaries around the globe. It was funded by USAID.

No. It is as old as humanity and the freeloading shamans who couldn't hunt or provide for a good woman so they had to fool us for food.

>People conspired to get people fired, and that is the crime.

Best of luck in the courts, Anon. Nasty people spoke on the record. Other people and even groups of people complained to the employers of the nasty people. That happens quite frequently with telephone calls, emails, and letters to every politician, municipality, service organization, corporation, or public service provider. Thanks to the US Constitution the people are free to complain and technology has simply given them the opportunity to do so freely.

For a white guy in IT it's been rough. Thank you Mr. President.

https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/09/restriction-on-entry-of-certain-nonimmigrant-workers/

Information technology (IT) firms in particular have prominently manipulated the H-1B system, significantly harming American workers in computer-related fields. The share of IT workers in the H-1B program grew from 32 percent in Fiscal Year (FY) 2003 to an average of over 65 percent in the last 5 fiscal years. In addition, some of the most prolific H-1B employers are now consistently IT outsourcing companies. Using these H 1B-reliant IT outsourcing companies provides significant savings for employers: one study of tech workers showed a 36 percent discount for H-1B “entry-level” positions as compared to full-time, traditional workers. To take advantage of artificially low labor costs incentivized by the program, companies close their IT divisions, fire their American staff, and outsource IT jobs to lower-paid foreign workers.

Further, the abuse of the H-1B visa program has made it even more challenging for college graduates trying to find IT jobs, allowing employers to hire foreign workers at a significant discount to American workers. These effects of abuse of H-1B visas have coincided with increasing challenges in the labor market in which H-1B workers serve. According to a study from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, among college graduates ages 22 to 27, computer science and computer engineering majors are facing some of the highest unemployment rates in the country at 6.1 percent and 7.5 percent, respectively — more than double the unemployment rates of recent biology and art history graduates. Recent data reveals that unemployment rates among workers in computer occupations jumped from an average of 1.98 percent in 2019 to 3.02 percent in 2025.

It is disappearing because of loss of funding.

Kek. Trump and Linda McMahon shave Harvard's endowment:

Education Department directs Harvard University to use its own funds to cover student aid

The department said the latest action is the consequence of three events, including the department's determination that Harvard has violated Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and allegations that Harvard has taken steps to secure $1 billion in bonds.

The Department of Education on Friday placed Harvard University on heightened cash monitoring status, which requires the university to use its own funds to disburse federal student aid before drawing funds from the government.

The department said that students at the Ivy League school will still have access to federal aid but that the initial disbursements will need to be covered by the school as a means to ensure the school is spending government funds appropriately. Harvard sits on a $53 billion endowment, …

“Today’s actions follow Harvard’s own admission that there are material concerns about its financial health," Education Secretary Linda McMahon said in a statement. "As a result, Harvard must now seek reimbursement after distributing federal student aid and post financial protection so that the Department can ensure taxpayer funds are not at risk. While Harvard remains eligible to participate in the federal student aid program for now, these actions are necessary to protect taxpayers.”
