The difference is that none of the other named Anons gave themselves names. We just started calling them the meme characters they used. SP named himself, that is why. Have you ever seen Ralph, Sam, swordAnon, StAnothonyAnon or the others refer to themselves as those names? Anons are nameless, and if we give ourselves names, then we are no longer anons.

Just my opinion, but the reason I believe Melania wears that hat when in public is that they are using a body double. The hat obscures her face and the clothes she wears in public hides her usual features.
She probably travels separately and securely.
