President Trump, stop the importation of foreign workers above and beyond H1-B's. Don't just bring manufacturing back to the U.S., bring the tech jobs back too. It's also a security risk to have so much of our financial and other jobs handled by non-Americans. There should be a steep fine for outsourcing like this. Steep enough that it's not economical to do. Americans need jobs, all of us. Globalization hit hard here too.

This is the other, overlooked infiltration and replacement of Americans. Illegals for low tier jobs and foreigners for the others. Should not ignore the top management sector either which in now loaded with them.
