Now do concealed carry permits, I'm tired of having to explain to police why they don't have standing to arrest/detain me. My gun is my 'property' and since it's illegal to levy a fee or require a permit to exercise one's rights, I'm not interested in your piece of paper. I'll exercise my 4th amendment and if you don't like it, I'll gladly charge "you" w/acting under the color of law, 18 USC. I don't have standing to fight it in court unless I'm arrested but so far, every cop has deemed me not worth their trouble or concurred w/my logic. Seriously have mixed feelings about it.

You are correct, the 'people', but ICE is rounding up non-citizens, who don't posses that right. The upshot is California doesn't have the authority over ICE, so it's a moot effort.
How curious, that not only was their a perfectly timed shooting to correspond w/Charlie Kirk's but every person on the left, Immediately knew of it and leveraged it. It's as if everyone on the left had insider info that both shootings were going to occur.
I'd accept any day ending in "Y", just arrest someone already.
ICE is rounding up people who have convictions, removal orders and have already gotten "due process". That being said, no matter how many times you or anyone else repeats it, those who entered unlawfully, are not entitled to anything under the law. If you really want to pick apart the law, not even the children born on this soil count as U.S. Citizens. 'UNDER THE LAW' they are entitled to nothing. Just because a judge states otherwise, doesn't change the actual law as written. Whomever is seated as POTUS, as the 'Executive' has the responsibility to carry out the laws as written. People vying to craft ways to protect people here illegally are operating off their feelings which and I don't give a shit about those.
I found knowing the AFI's and UCMJ better than my leadership was pretty darn handy. I didn't have to violate my oath or allow them to run amuck. It's incredible what you can accomplish when people are scared of you because you don't have enough common sense to back down, read the room or take a hint. People went to prison because of me and it took me far to long to understand the potential consequences to myself/family but by that time, everyone was terrified of me and understood I was an immovable object :)
