Jesus was saying that to the pharisees who see what Jesus was doing but were still asking for a sign. Maybe you're right. No way people haven't seen any sign beyond the age of 30 so asking is kind of a ridicule. Like the Israelites constantly complaining and being ungrateful after literally all the signs God gave them escorting them out of being slaves in Egypt.

Well what about people who ask for guidance and receive a sign? I think Jesus was trying to say that even when wicked people see the signs they still ask where they are.

I'm not talking like a sign that makes you go hmm, it's a sign likeโ€ฆ ok that was impossible besides God making that just happen.

Yeah and after splitting the sea, blowing a huge wind to give them birds for meat, and manna from the heavensโ€ฆ they still kept complaining. They even had an orgy and started worshipping a golden calf while Moses spent 40 days on Mount Sinai so it can happen quickly.

Imagine fucking up when God already revealed himself to the Israelites many times. God is still really merciful though if you just cease your wicked ways.

You can talk to almost anyone and they have seen some things that are impossible to explain, but they still do not seek.
