OK, now we're getting some angles confirming pour shot direction theory.
Charlies t-shirt movement was caused by the bullet trajectory from above and left of Charlies position, confirming the roof shot from the seen Tyler Robinson roof location.
The exit wound is located below the neck line, below the t-shirt collar, causing a bulge as the bullet exits.
That causes the front of the t-shirt to also move, creating the appearance of something impacting it, but the impact is at the back pf Charlie, inside the shirt.
At this point, even if the bullet vaporized upon impact of concrete or some other hard object, it's impact mark, followed through the line of trajectory through Charlie front to back, will create a straight line directly to the direction/location the shot was made.
Tyler Robinson made the shot, there is no doubt about that.
George Zimm was likely the distraction to allow Robinsons escape.
The only thing which then makes no sense, is Robinson surrendering to his father.
That's an anomaly, as Robinson appears rather than a lone shooter, to be one of a collective conspiracy, and likely a quite professional outfit at that.

I surmise the shot from the roof, would make an exit wound below the rear t-shit line/collar, below the shoulder line. You see t-shirt stretch there, which is also what makes the t-shirt move in the front. That t-shirt movement aligns with the shirt being pulled out the back by the exiting bullet and exit wound.
Which is why the forensic team were looking for the bullet in the location behind the tent.
Which aligns with shooter seen on roof.
