The people absolutely have the right to throw off the US government. It's well established, spelled out in the Declaration of Independence, most citizens believe they have it, and it is protected by the US constitution under the 9th amendment.

 

Sorry, but that right is above your feelings or governments. The peoples rights are retained and reserved.

Government isn't in compliance with our constitution. Look at roadside civil asset forfeiture and the 4th amendment for just one example. That said, I'm not advocating overthrow of the government, I believe our government is about to take down the judicial and I'm all for that. I'm simply stating the Truth that the People absolutely have the well established right to throw off the US government when they believe it is no longer operating lawfully and respecting our rights.
