I wish I didn’t smoke as much as I did.. I have a bicuspid valve meaning 2 flaps on the valve. got it replaced wit a cow material tricuspid valve. so I had just 2 flaps and caused a lot of back pressure causing an aneurysm in my aorta so I have synthetic aorta root as well… It caused valve to fail, and is common in people around my age they get calcified and firm, causing leaks very common issue so get it your heart checked out they didn’t mine couple times on on echo EKG. They didn’t find the valve problem it until like the third try. But it’s pretty amazing. back up and moving in 6 days. . Just need to train slowly harder to get it back in shape. Hardware is pretty solid, even though my root aorta is synthetic. (kind of a trip.) but I’ll be back to normal in about six months. Just going to take it nice and slow. I’m a pretty active person so it was really holding me back. I’m almost out of the heart failure range. 45% now hopefully I get up to 55% or 60% pumping heart efficiency. Smoke wouldn’t be the biggest mistake I probably made but I have quit and we think we’re indestructible when we’re young. I ran this body hard for a long time just like everybody else. Has the tendency to do….
