I went to the doctors office for a routine checkup. On the wall was a 8 1/2 x 11 printed sign informing the patients that the medical visit may be transcribed by artificial intelligence and that the patient may refuse that and demand a human transcriber.

The sign ends with a glaring grammatical error.

I asked the doctor about the absurd sign and she admitted that she isn't using it and that it "has some bugs."
