the runner on top of the building was already running within like 2 seconds of taking the shot. if you see the video, there's no way he was the shooter. perhaps he was positioning or bailing, but he couldn't have arisen from a kneeling or prone position and be that far off to the races that quick. charlie could have been wearing a rig, knowing there would be an attempt, and then pull the trigger on vest fakery before the shooter was even set up.

Jon Cullen, guy from the LV helicopter video analysis says he's talking to Homeland security people. There are drones in the videos and the crack boom from one of the camera locations puts the shot from about 78 yards…not 200.
