Of all the institutions to manage a public health crisis, why was the CIA running the show?

 

In October 2019, the NSA now believes COVID-19 was already circulating. A month later, Bill Gates & Avril Haines—then Deputy Director of the CIA—co-hosted a pandemic simulation called Event 201.

 

Haines, who hid the Abu Ghraib torture tapes, is now the Director of National Intelligence. The top spy in America was leading a public health forum. Attending were Big Pharma reps, Big Tech executives, and George Gao, head of the Chinese CDC.

 

The simulation’s focus wasn’t public health. There was no discussion of:

 

  • Repurposing existing medications

 

  • Creating a global grid for frontline doctors to share life-saving intel

 

  • Early treatments like Ivermectin, which showed stunning efficacy in early trials

 

Instead, as the full Event 201 video reveals, the central planning was for censorship & control. The longest session detailed how to use the pandemic to:

 

  • Silence dissent on social media

 

  • Specifically suppress the lab-leak theory

 

  • Implement totalitarian controls & dismantle civil liberties

 

Why suppress the lab-leak? Because US agencies—USAID (a CIA conduit), DTRA, DARPA, & Fauci’s NIAID—funneled hundreds of millions into gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab.

 

This was never about public health. It was a coup d’état against democracy using a pandemic as the pretext.
