So lets get this straight:
1) shot in lateral L neck by 30-06
2) round stopped by bone
3) bullet found just beneath the skin
So what they are claiming is a round twice the size (width/lenth/load) of a .223 entered his neck and struck his "bone" (ie cervical spine) but was found "just beneath the skin" (ie posterior neck). In otherwords he was completley dead with a severed spinal cord/shattered vertabrae upon being shot (through the spine as admitted by both the surgeon and Charlie Kirk's Turning Point spokeperson). All this despite the entrance wound not matching the weapon nor the angle of fire.
Did I just read that right? Because I am well-versed in medicine enough to understand what they said and how it's both physically and scientifically impossible. Robinson's defense will win the case simply by calling the surgeon to the stand (if either of them is real at all).

The only bone in neck is spine. If bullet hit bone it hit a vertebrae. If bullet found under skin its posterior neck (ie back). That means bullet went through/around vertebrae. That doesnt explain whee the kinetic energy of the 30-06 round went. No exit wound means all internal. His head would be solid purple from internal bleeding and subcutaneous ecchymosis not to mention instantaneously dead from impact.
Ps- whhy no arterial bleeding? Just jugular "garden hose" blood flow (arterial blood sprays with heart beat and is bright bright red).
