They will die tonight or tomorrow in the most inhumane horrific slaughter ever imagined. Vets and Humane Societies are calling for the cull to be stopped. Thousands of supporters are devastated and distraught. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is moving full steam ahead with no basis, no tests, no idea how to kill 400 ostriches.

These birds are not for the food industry, they have robust antibodies for viruses and were being researched because they survived a H5N1 outbreak in December.

Robert Kennedy jr has asked to collaborate in research, but all attempts to stop slaughter have been ignored.
