i publish: documents, findings, factual information, really add nothing to it other than the info in itself and the source.
Do it to let people see things and use their own mind. Wish I was more of a writer, but far to critical.
have left crumbs of my own in the past. if anyone can compile, verify, etc. can publish. i'd only ask to use the CYA approach, if registering to submit. i.e. burner emails, vpn's, and other ways of protecting yourself, be anonymous. don't want to know who you are any more than you want to be found out.
