The main differences I see are a more accutely angled point on the sig from Q. The video pic seems more rounded at top.

Potus has signed his name probably 10,000 times more than most of us. Consistency is to be expected.
Have not the energy to analyze further, but me suspects the signatures in question are from two different moments.
