Got a stupid question that I hope some anon can explain.

How do Q and Trump get their times (thus deltas) to be exact?

When I post here it may, or may not post immediately. Sometime there is a noticeable lag, and sometimes it doesn't even post on first try.

I imagine Twitter is easier to drop the tweet at the time you want it to post.

Does Q have special access to drop post without the lag?
