Uh, where's the logic if you want the brightest minds and but you won't pay for them? I thought increasing the fee to get in and getting more pay WAS about getting the brightest. Oh wait, it's not that its really about still getting foreign workers for less money than Americans. Remember, the "best and brightest" schtick went hand in hand in declaring non-existant STEM shortages in the United States.

You won't find them in America because you won't look for them here or hire them at American wages. They just want to bring that aspect of globalism here. Move the factory, move the workers, ignore the locals.

The American dream is not about displacing American's in their own country.
