let's put this in the framework of EO invoking Alien Enemies Act because I think we are traveling down the exact same path.

AEA = 1st he declared TDA and others terrorist ( just like 1st step with Antifa)

2nd he declared a National Emergency ( I think this is the next EO he signs this week)

3rd he invoked AEA ( Insurrection Act invocation comes next for left wing violence and Antifa specifically )
