Did Secret Service Just Take Down The American Stasi’s Communications Network In New York City?

The Secret Service has dismantled a telecom threat near the UN which could have disabled cell service in NYC. What may have just happened is Secret Service took down a covert network of SIM Card Servers which were being used to anonymize wireless data transmissions for the illegal domestic surveillance of the American Stasi. Those data transmissions were occurring on such a grand scale, the network they assembled to cloak them could have taken down all cell phone coverage in the New York Tri-state area – and it was in the process of being built out to three times its present size.

That amount of data transfer could easily be the normal communications which are sent around all the time to direct all of the myriad of human, civilian ground surveillance assets of the heretofore unknown Secret Police which this site calls the American Stasi.

From the article:

… the U.S. Secret Service was quietly dismantling a massive hidden telecom network across the New York area — a system investigators say could have crippled cell towers, jammed 911 calls and flooded networks with chaos at the very moment the city was most vulnerable.

The cache, made up of more than 300 SIM servers packed with over 100,000 SIM cards and clustered within 35 miles of the United Nations, represents one of the most sweeping communications threats uncovered on U.S. soil. Investigators warn the system could have blacked out cellular service in a city that relies on it not only for daily life but for emergency response and counterterrorism.

Each of those light colored things you see above in rows is a SIM card which is being used to direct data hitting the server to the local cell tower. Behind them are antennas for connecting to local cell towers.

However with no GPS chip on board the server, it will be jumping on the cell phone data transmission network without betraying its GPS location, and, if the SIM was acquired with cash as a burner SIM, it will be essentially impossible to tell who is accessing the network. From there you can make cell phone calls, send text messages, or access the internet entirely anonymously.

Clearly that server is not something you would purchase at Best Buy. I do not know Telecom gear well enough to say if it had to be purpose-built, but it is possible that was made by the organization doing this, given I see no legitimate reason to try and have a single device mimic hundreds of cell phones. In most cases where this functionality is needed for nefarious purposes, it is done more primitively, such as here:

In one photo of the servers above, it appears the operation hid one of the server farms in an office or apartment, given that what little you can see out the window appears to be other apartments or office buildings. I am quite certain, an operation this illegal and threatening to national security and critical infrastructure, did not have a sign on the door, or acquire usage of the property in a traceable manner.

The article goes on:

The network was uncovered as part of a broader Secret Service investigation into telecommunications threats targeting senior government officials, according to investigators.

The most notable instance which this could be referring to is how earlier in the year, SecWar Hegseth organized a group chat to keep admin official apprised of military strikes on the Houthis. One of the people who received an invitation ended up being an anti-Trump reporter, who promptly wrote an article about the massive breach of OpSec in The Atlantic.

The breach was traced to then National Security Advisor Michael Waltz, who insisted some actor had accessed his phone, and changed the contact phone number of a key member of his staff to the reporter’s number, so when he forwarded the staff member’s phone number to Hegseth’s office, it was really the reporter’s.

Last we heard, Walz had surrendered all of his electronics to Secret Service, who was investigating the breach. From this article, it would appear possible they traced the breaching IP to the local New York cell tower, and they have probably been running sniffers triangulating signals to try and tease out where the connecting device associated with the SIM ICCID in question was physically located.

In the course of doing that they may have noticed numerous similar devices, with no associated GPS geolocation data, and no IMEIs detailing a specific phone attached, found there were millions of data transmissions being routed like that, and realized there was something bigger here than a teenaged hacker with a burner phone connecting to 5G to try and hide where he was.

More from the article:

Spread across multiple sites, the servers functioned like banks of mock cellphones, able to generate mass calls and texts, overwhelm local networks and mask encrypted communications of criminals, officials said.

This was not a threat actor looking to take anything down. This was not Jeremy Irons in Die Hard With A Vengeance, about to take down all cell phone service so he could roll tanks into the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and steal all the gold, as Bruce Willis’ John McClane tries to stop him.

This was a giant cell-phone equivalent of a VPN, designed to anonymize cell phone transmissions. I will bet every time control sent one of your surveillance people to walk in front of your house, or close in on you in a grocery store to see exactly what you were doing, Control sent it’s encrypted order to a server in this network, it was bounced to an anonymized SIM, sent on to the cell tower and the network, as an anonymous burst of data from an unknown source, and it then arrived at your gangstalker’s phone. Likewise, I will bet your gangstalker’s phone sent all of its data, including GPS location, mic feeds, video camera feeds, etc, encrypted, and through this network back to control, to avoid having cell phone data records show a geolocation history of all of your followers, clustering around you as you traveled, and all connecting to the same central control to get orders from it and deliver data to it.

Notice Secret Service took down this network after USAID was taken down, and just as the conspiracy is beginning to get short of cash. So it will be difficult to replace this capability.

More from the article:

Forensic analysis is still in its early stages, but agents believe nation-state actors — perpetrators from particular countries — used the system to send encrypted messages to organized crime groups, cartels and terrorist organizations, McCool said. Authorities have not disclosed details on the specific government or criminal groups tied to the network at this point.

“We need to do forensics on 100,000 cell phones, essentially all the phone calls, all the text messages, anything to do with communications, see where those numbers end up,” McCool said, noting that the process will take time.

There is only one quasi-command which interfaces with cartels, organized crime groups (like MS-13), and terrorist organizations. That will be either the actual command of the Cabal, or Israel acting on its behalf. I do not think there are a lot of conspiracies out there which have some sort of command oversight over that broad a range of criminality.

And now, with all these SIM cards, the Secret Service will have everyone who connected to them, and everyone they connected to, and all their GPS geolocation data. That is the civilian informant and surveillant network of the American Stasi.

When agents entered the sites, they found rows of servers and shelves stacked with SIM cards. More than 100,000 were already active, investigators said, but there were also large numbers waiting to be deployed, evidence that operators were preparing to double or even triple the network’s capacity, McCool said. He described it as a well-funded, highly organized enterprise, one that cost millions of dollars in hardware and SIM cards alone.

One TV news reporter said they seized tens of thousands of servers.

What always struck me was when we went to 5G – it was supposed to carry 1,000 times the amount of data in the same amount of time, and they said this would be so much greater for us. However where 5G deployed, and people spent thousands of dollars on 5G phones, they reported noticing nothing was different. The additional bandwidth of 5G did not resolve the 4K video on our phones any better, given it was already more resolved than the human eye could perceive on 4G. And if video did not appear better on 5G, there were no smaller-bandwidth activities which were improved either. Web surfing, texting, emailing, all seemed the same, leaving users wondering why they were switching to 5G, when there was no improvement in user experience, and the old 4G network was handling traffic just fine.

I always suspected the switch to 5G networks was to allow surveillance to increase the bandwidth of the network itself, so ground surveillance could flood the vastly increasing numbers of videos and other data they were amassing on targets, back to central control.

At my house, every three or four cars which pass will coincide with about a one second 2.4 GHz burst of radio frequency energy which they seem to be shining through the house as they pass, I assume taking some kind of imagery of the inside, which is being sent back to central control and stored.

I suspect they are not just scanning my house, but rather those cars are driving around, all over, scanning every house they pass and forwarding the scans to command. I would imagine they run spectrum analysis in some vehicles, as well as network scanning, password sniffing, and then they grab whatever other SigInt they can get as they drive along, to send it back to central control for archiving. The amount of data this thing moves is likely voluminous.

As every surveillance follower began turning their video cameras on you during a follow, multiplied by tens, if not hundreds of thousands of targeted individuals in New York City alone, and as every surveillance vehicle began broadcasting from hidden video cameras out all four sides of the car, the network would need to be enlarged to accommodate all the data.

Here, it looks like their anonymizing systems needed to be enlarged too.

More:

The operation had the capability of sending up to 30 million text messages a minute, McCool said.

What criminal activity is there, ongoing right now, which requires that many operatives be that interconnected, in constant enough fashion you would need to hide that much anonymizing infrastructure covertly in apartments and office spaces around the New York, Tri-State area. I can only think of the daily physical surveillance follows of regular citizens as a crime requiring an anonymizing network of this scale.

The article ends:

“Could there be others?” said McCool “It’d be unwise to think that there’s not other networks out there being made in other cities in the United States.”

What criminal enterprise is entirely covert, and totally unspoken of, so the regular citizens do not even know it exists, and yet it operates at this scale, with this level of funding, while running that many operatives in such an interconnected fashion? There will not be ten or twenty to pick from. There is only one.

It is worth noting, one of the government agencies with the largest problems with this conspiracy is the Secret Service. Last we heard, Secret Service protectees are routinely being beamed by the Havana Syndrome, even Presidents like Biden, and even on White House grounds, and Secret Service has still not taken down the actors responsible, or negated the threat of future attacks upon its charges.

In addition, Secret Service will be among the most sophisticated agencies at deploying covert surveillance and overwatch. From Tier-One military-class snipers, to plainclothes foot surveillance deployed at events featuring protectees, Secret Service will have the capability to go head to head with the conspiracy’s vastly more massive, but less well trained and capable, civilian surveillance networks. There could be multiple reasons you are seeing them as the lead agency in this investigation.

If I am correct, (and I cannot envision any other criminal organization this large, this well funded, this technologically sophisticated, this bold, or interfaced with such a wide-ranging assortment of major criminal enterprises, from Cartels to terrorists), then this story was just released by the government in order to provoke the reactions it is about to provoke, which should be stunning in their scale.

There is a secret society in America, made up of millions of Americans, which knows about the American Stasi, because they are active, operational assets of it. They gangstalk other members of their community, listen in neighbor’s houses, infiltrate social circles, and do whatever else the conspiracy tells them to.

They will be arrayed throughout society, from the cashier who seeks to elicit intelligence data from you about your purchases (“I have never seen somebody buy so many apples. This must be a record. What are you using them all for? Are you baking something?”), to the chatty taxi driver who wants to know your plans while you are in town, to the head nurse at the ER, to the bank manager, to the entire local news station.

They have all shared an understanding of the American Stasi. For some, it is a family tradition, handed from parent to child, which separates their bloodline from the mere plebes. For others, it is the entity they had to make a deal with, because it controls everything and they accepted its hegemony. For others, it was the thing so fearsome they would do anything to avoid having it turn its ire on them. For still others, it may be service to something they value, like the state of Israel, or the British Crown. There may even be individuals serving it, which it has led to believe are serving it for occult spiritual aspects.

The one constant among all of their understandings is, the American Stasi was beyond being touched. Nobody, in law enforcement, the news media, the broader government, Inspector Generals, judges, lawyers – nobody dared even whisper its name without permission. Cartels would tremble in fear as they dismembered rivals, at the thought the Stasi would one day turn on them. FBI Agents knew never to speak its name. Secret Service endured assaults on people, on White House grounds, helpless to protect the people they swore to protect.

But here is an article which shows a nation-state-sized communications-anonymizing network, set up covertly in regular residences and offices – something which could only be the American Stasi. And it was just taken down.

American Stasi ID: 9cb31a Sept. 25, 2025, 12:24 a.m. No.23651167   🗄️.is 🔗kun   >>1178

Right now, all of them will be stunned looking at this article. A law enforcement agency managed to strike a blow at their all-seeing eye, which it apparently never saw coming. That means, everything has changed.

Before there were twinges of discomfort – Donald Trump avoiding assassination and getting elected, the migrant-assets brought here to bolster the network’s control being sent home, USAID being shut down, and the funds laundered from the government being taken back into the Treasury. But none of it was clearly a sign the American Stasi had been wounded. Perhaps Donald Trump was just false opposition. Maybe USAID had outlived its usefulness and was sacrificed as a bone, tossed to blind masses. Maybe they didn’t need the migrants.

But even to me, and I am certain to them – this feels different. It is an American Stasi operation being busted by law enforcement. It marks an end to the phenomenon of being above the law because, as with Jeffrey Epstein, you “belong to intelligence.” And just as one does not strike the King unless they will kill him, one does not bust a part of the American Stasi, unless there is a well war-gamed plan to continue that type of action until the American Stasi has been completely destroyed.

I think this will be seen as a turning point. The first shot fired in the massacre to come.

Things will move quickly now. From the perspective of the good guys, I suspect Secret Service has already identified most of these operations in all major cities and localities. They would not bust this one operation, blow their cover, and risk leaving such a massive national security threat able to examine how it was exposed, and then use that to cover its tracks, so it might better elude law enforcement in the future. If Secret Service is going public, they already know everything they need to know to take all of this down.

From the perspective of the bad guys, the lower-level network has been alerted to the fact that its command has lost control over the US Law Enforcement apparatus. As we speak, measures are being taken to cover up crimes, tie off loose ends, and shield various actors as best as can be done.

If you are a targeted individual, and this is all as it seems, it is difficult to say what it will mean for you. We are loose ends, and our testimonies will be devastating to the reputations of everyone involved in this. We pose legal risks, as both witnesses to their crimes, and litigants in the lawsuits which will follow.

The temptation will be, in many cases, to perhaps try to take us out. However on the other hand, many of the operators in this may hold on to hopes of portraying themselves as believing they were engaged in innocent service to the national security as part of legitimate law enforcement surveillance, and claiming they were naive to the crimes being committed.

For that reason, now that the white hot light of justice appears to be beginning to light up their entire operation, they may be far more hesitant to kill TIs than they were when their operation was in full control, and could cover anything up. Engaging in murder when their operation will soon be subject to US law will be seen as foolish.

Whatever happens, I think our nation will soon be rid of this abomination, and if we can make it over the finish line with the rest of the nation, we will soon be free.

Let us pray I am right.

Everything is surveilled, but it is unclear what the draw on those server-transmitters would be. They are not really doing computations, and if it was custom built, they might limit the wattage of the transmissions, and just chose a location near the tower.

Those doing it were intel, and would know all the tricks.
