Chad Mizelle Departs the DOJ

September 24, 2025 | Sundance |

I have continued to point out that Chad Mizelle was Rod Rosenstein’s chief legal counsel during the first term of President Trump. As Rosenstein’s legal counsel,== it was Chad Mizelle who literally wrote the “scope memos” that authorized the appointment of Robert Mueller as special counsel to investigate President Trump.

Mizelle also wrote the expanded scope memos for Mueller and Andrew Weissmann== that permitted the targeting of Michael Flynn Jr, Michael Flynn, George Papadopolous, Paul Manafort and more. Chad Mizelle would have intimate knowledge of Rosenstein’s intent to hire Robert Mueller, before, during and after the Special Counsel was appointed.

Because of everything above, Chad Mizelle was always looked at with strong suspicion. There is no way to intellectually reconcile Chad Mizelle as a good faith actor knowing the intents and purposes of Robert Mueller. It just didn’t make sense.

Subsequently, when Chad Mizelle was selected to guide Attorney General Pam Bondi through the nomination

process as Attorney General we watched with concern. After the successful confirmation, Mizelle then took up position as AG Pam Bondi’s Chief of Staff.

[It should also be noted that Chad Mizelle is reported to be very close friends and allies with Stephen Miller. Yet, another irreconcilable aspect.]

On September 20th, President Trump sent a seemingly frustratedTruth Social message, outwardly questioning the slow to non-existent reality that Main Justice was not holding the bad actors within the Lawfare operation accountable.

Three days later, it is now reported that Chief of Staff Chad Mizelle is departing Main Justice.

WASHINGTON – Chad Mizelle will leave as chief of staff at the Department of Justice in the next few weeks to return to his family in Tampa, Axios has learned.

Mizelle, a key ally of White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller, told us he’ll continue to support the Trump administration’s work, and plans to continue “exposing the left-wing groups responsible for violence across America.”

Bondi says Mizelle “served this Department with professionalism, sound judgment, and dedication. As Chief of Staff, Chad played a central role in coordinating the Department’s operations, ensuring its resources were aligned and our efforts were carried out with integrity and efficiency. His counsel strengthened our work to advance justice and protect the American people. I am grateful for his service and friendship.”

Todd Blanche, deputy attorney general, said: “Chad’s tenure at the Department has been marked by exceptional leadership and dedication to the Department. He provided Attorney General Bondi and all of us with outstanding counsel, and his steady hand helped guide our work. Chad played a key role in advancing the President’s America First agenda here at the Department, and his efforts strengthened our mission to protect the American people.” (link)

All of that may be true. However, it is also true that without Chad Mizelle there would never have been a Robert Mueller investigation and expanded scope memos for Andrew Weissmann.

Curious timing when contrast against President Trump’s statements a few days prior.

President Trump’s social media post: “Pam: I have reviewed over 30 statements and posts saying that, essentially, “same old story as last time, all talk, no action.Nothing is being done. What about Comey, Adam “Shifty” Schiff, Leticia??? They’re all guilty as hell, but nothing is going to be done.”

Then we almost put in a Democrat supported U.S. Attorney, in Virginia, with a really bad Republican past. A Woke RINO, who was never going to do his job. That’s why two of the worst Dem Senators PUSHED him so hard. He even lied to the media and said he quit, and that we had no case. No, I fired him, and there is a GREAT CASE, and many lawyers, and legal pundits, say so. Lindsey Halligan is a really good lawyer, and likes you, a lot. We can’t delay any longer, it’s killing our reputation and credibility. They impeached me twice, and indicted me (5 times!), OVER NOTHING. JUSTICE MUST BE SERVED, NOW!!! President DJT“

Laura Loomer never had an issue with Chad Mizelle.

How does this keep happening where potential enemies are kept on with this administration? Sounds sloppy or intentional. And Loomer can reveal what she knows, but SHOULD NEVER be in the Administation. She's a mossad agent, trying to get a job, with mental/emotional disorders. God bless her soul!

I've thought that since the beginning, Trump has to appear like he's upset with Russia, otherwise another Russiagate BS starts.

I imagine they are working together on a plan to engage the world, for peace and prosperity. and the DS is caught. Both are working with different countries, Putin is seeing the ones Russia gets along with and vice vs with Trump.

He and Putin communicate through "the news, what Trump has said, any tweet, especially statements, etc.

It's interesting Trump seems to be condemning Russia, but he never goes that far. When the news is recorded or in articles, that's the only way to communicate.

Then it makes you wonder when Trump says,

"Putin has done this, done that, but it always seems without context. It's interesting Trump seems to only blames Putin or Russia, not Zelensky and Ukraine, but it's always cryptic statement.

There is definitely a communication going on. Do you think Krill and Bessent/Witcov are doing all the communications. Bessent is in charge of the economy and Krill is the Economic Advisor for Russia.

It's kind of obvious if you look back. And Trump never seems to goes through with his threats on Putin or Russia, on many matters.

Radical Judge Denies Trump DOJ Request to Detain Man Who Tried to Take Down Marine One with Red Laser Pointer While Trump Was Onboardby Cristina Laila Sep. 25, 2025 1:00 pm

A radical magistrate judge denied the Justice Department’s request to detain a man who tried to take down Marine One with a red laser pointer.

The Justice Department on Monday charged a man for trying to take down Marine One with a red pointer laser on Saturday.

According to a legal complaint filed on Monday, the suspect, Jacob Samuel Winkler, pointed a red laser at Marine One while President Trump was onboard.

“The red laser beam hit Officer Santiago’s eyes and briefly disoriented him. At this time, Marine One flew at a relatively low height and directly above Officer Santiago and [Winkler’s] location.Marine One was close enough that the rotor noise was loud, and the aircraft appeared large overhead. Officer Santiago approached [Winkler] after being flashed in the face with the red laser.Upon approach, [Winkler] looked up, oriented the same red laser pointer at the direction of Marine One and activated the red laser beam,” the legal complaint said.

“From Officer Santiago’s training and experience, Officer Santiago immediately identified [Winkler’s] action as a danger to Marine One and everyone on-board.[Winkler’s] conduct posed a risk of flash blindness and pilot disorientation, especially during low-level flight near other helicopters(U.S. Park Police, U.S. Marine Corps) and the Washington Monument. This placed Marine One at risk of an airborne collision,” the complaint said.

Winkler was immediately put in handcuffs.

According to the complaint, after Winkler was handcuffed, he got on his knees and said, “I should apologize to Donald Trump,” and “I apologize to Donald Trump.”

“The defendant, Jacob Samuel Winkler, did knowingly aim the beam of a laser pointer at an aircraft in the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States, or at the flight path of such an aircraft,” the complaint read.

Winkler was charged with 18 U.S. Code § 39A, a law that prohibits aiming a laser pointer at an aircraft.

Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui denied the DOJ’s request to detain Winkler and the case has been assigned to Obama-appointed Beryl Howell.

Why does the Justice Department ask permission of the courts to detain someone that tried to committed a serious crime and could have killed PDJT and everyone on board.?

This warfare is getting ridiculous. Another question why can foreigners that are not citizens, and no experience with US law, get to be Judges, that has to be nixed ASAP.

WAR IN SOUTH ATLANTIC? In His UN General Assembly Speech, Argentina’s Milei Unveils New Effort To Retake ‘Illegally Occupied’ Falkland Islands

by Paul Serran Sep. 25, 2025 3:00 pmVIDEO ATTACHED

Milei will never renounce the control of the Falklands/Malnivas.

A south American country vows to kick British imperialism out of South Atlantic islands.

All over the planet, whatever remnants of the British Empire that still exist are getting torn down, like the Chagos Islands being returned to the Mauritius out there in the Indic Ocean.

This process is now expected to reach the South Atlantic, as Argentina has just launched a new initiative to regain the ‘illegally occupied’ Falkland Islands, that was object of a war in the 1980s.

Daily Mail reported: “The announcement came during President Javier Milei’s speech to the United Nations General Assembly in New York on Wednesday.

The firebrandArgentinian leader told the summit that his country’s claim to the South Atlantic Island was ‘legitimate’ and ‘unrenounciable’.”

In his fiery speechMilei demanded from the UK the start of bilateral talks over the ‘sensitive and crucially important issue’ of what Argentines call the ‘Islas Malvinas’.

‘I wish to reiterate our legitimate claim in terms of sovereignty over theMalvinas and the surrounding maritime areas that continue to be illegally occupied,’ he said.

‘In spite of the fact that 80 years have elapsed since the creation of [the UN], colonial situations such as this one remain unresolved. For this reason,we call on the United Kingdom to resume bilateral negotiations’.”

Baroness Chapman, Britain’s Minister for International Development, Latin America and Caribbean:

“’The UK’s support for the Falkland Islanders’ right of self-determination is unwavering. The people of the Falkland Islands made their wish to remain a self-governing overseas territory of the UK clear in an internationally observed referendum in 2013. The UK will continue to defend their right to decide their own future’.”

“I wish to reiterate our legitimate claim and irrenunuciable claim to sovereignty over the Malvinas, South Georgia, South Sandwich Islands and surrounding maritime area that continue to be illegally occupied” Tucked away at the end of Argentinian President Javier Milei’s speech at the UN General Assembly he described the Falkland Islands, British Sovereign Territory, as being illegally occupied and a “colonial situation that remains unresolved”, calling for us to reopen bilateral negotiations. After Labour’s Chagos debacle the Government must reassert its commitment to the Falkland Islands in the wake of Javier Milei’s speech and make this clear to Argentina.

MSM Reports on How Ukraine Is Crumbling Under Military, Political and Economic Problems

by Paul Serran Sep. 25, 2025 12:30 pm

Ukrainian troops bear the brunt of the leadership’s failed decisions.

The real Ukraine is not what they dreamed of. Two years ago, The Economist published an editorial that predicted a ‘Ukraine 2.0’ that was a secure, democratic, and prosperous nation.

But now, the British magazine hasbeen forced to the conclusion that the Kiev regime is anything but what they expected. They found that Ukraine is ‘eroded across multiple fronts’, a nation in slow decline, and the article questions the purpose of their prolonged resistance.

The Economist reported: “’We can fight for years, losing positions slowly,’ says a senior Ukrainian official. ‘But why?’” Ukrainian forces have been capable ofholding out Russian advances but at the cost of incremental territorial concessions.

The article reasons that Russia’s attrition strategy is succeeding, hollowing out Ukraine’s defensive posture.

“Russia’s plan is to grind Ukraine down, and it is working.”

Ukraine’s society is broken, with centralized power, tested institutions, and complicated alliances, particularly as Western support is diminishing.

Prosperity is but a dream, with a Ukrainian economy battered by destruction, displacement, and a complete dependency on aid.

“Ukraine endures, but it is being hollowed out.” The economist articleevokes a broken-down nation with idle factories, ruined infrastructure, and a stalled process of reconstruction.

This limits military funding and shatters civilian morale, negating the Economist’s previous vision of a self-sustaining Ukraine.

(This article indicateswhen Trump said “I think Ukraine can Win, so you should keep on fighting. He knows exactly what is happening and he’s saying, if you want to commit suicide keep on fighting, you can win.==He was mocking the talking points of Zelensky and all others that were lying.)
