There was a news article that came out a few days ago that I think may have been missed in the threads. The Pentagon is creating a software "Do Not Buy" list. It sounds like this list specifies software and software as a service to avoid.

This is great news on several counts. First, I may have played a part in this change. Secondly, what if all the federal organizations would do the same and include system administration (think DNC/ Awan)?

What if software that includes personnel and family information used by many government organizations, including military, were to move production maintenance off-shore? I think that any patriot in a position of seeing this being planned would be compelled to take some action, if the company remained firm.

Does production maintenance require access to all data and information?

What if off-shore is Russia or China?

Would sending documentation to the DOD do any good?

What would DCIS do?

Is subsequent change of CEO related?

Why would the company subsequently cancel the off-shoring?
