could also be a signal antenna for the phone. someone said the car was a Mercedes. maybe he walked by and got all avenatti's info off his phone. Avenatti would have taken the picture then and the Mercedes fits what avenatti might use as a daily driver. I couldn't figure out what kinda car he drives now on account of his past career racing cars kinda makes getting specific results difficult. I don't think the guy is ourguy since avenatti made the toupee comment. I think if it were avenatti's guy who wouldn't have said anything. I'm guessing the authority to do this was from the CF and SA tags, but I dunno.
