Domestic Enemy Cop threatening man for constitutionally protected recording and demanding he stop…. Cops don't seem to understand that the same reason they get to use the "plain view doctrine" and look into peoples cars is why We the People can look into their cars, whether marked patrol cars, unmarked/undercover, or their personal cars. It's in plain view, if I can see it from public or a publicly accessible area we can record it.
Our rights are ABOVE cops feelings and fear. Cops are committing federal crimes, deprivation of rights under color of law, across this nation claiming their fear of the people trumps the rights of the people.
