Right to use private property should also be as sacred, as ensjrined in the 1 & 2 Amendments.

When you take public transit, you surrender your individual rights to act on the entitlement. You become subject to a hand up your butt, for the safety of others.

 

Without the secured right to own and utilize technology in the public space there is no freedom.
