Erika Frantzve (Kirk) involved with Romanian Angels organization - with US Military implicated in trafficking of underage girls in Romania.

 

I was curious about this story of Erika Frantzve (Kirk) and her involvement with Romanian orphans - so i did some digging to try and see if anything this person's claims had some validity.

 

There is actually a video online from Erika Frantzve's Vimeo account where she has a video about Romanian Angels - working in a Romanian orphanage and the US military bringing gifts to the orphans. And at the end of the video, it says thanks to Col. Busher US Army and "Asociatia United hands Romania" which is a Romanian humanitarian organization. Other articles indicated that this organization was cooperating closely with the US Military at the Black Sea Rotational Force 17.1 at the Mihail Kogălniceanu military base.

 

And then i found this article from Jan 2020….

 

A former translator from the American base in Kogălniceanu accuses: A real brothel operated here, where minors were brought in. The woman filed a criminal complaint with DIICOT, requesting that the "Kogălniceanu File" be connected to the "Caracal-Deveselu File"

 

The Caracal case in the summer of 2019 brought the Deveselu base to the fore, with voices linking the disappearances of Luiza Melencu and Alexandra Măceșanu to human trafficking networks and the military unit hosting the Americans. Journalist Ion Spânu presents in Cotidianul the revelations of a former translator at the American military base in Kogălniceanu. She is Ana Maria Nuciu, who claims that a real brothel operated in this military unit, where underage girls were brought here to satisfy the desires of some soldiers. Ana Maria Nuciu notified the Prosecutor's Office about this brothel on the premises of the military base and, although there was an extensive investigation carried out by the American and Romanian authorities, the Agreement signed in 2001 between the two countries was invoked, in which Romania ceded the right of investigation of the American military to the USA. Among those who would have benefited from the services of the girls brought to the Kogălniceanu base would have been the commander of the "Black Sea Area Support Team" base, OTTO BUSHER, helped by his right hand, senior adjutant platoon leader of BSAST, LLOYD SPARKS.

 

So implicated in this story of the American military trafficking underage girls was Col. Otto Busher - the same person that Erika Frantzve (Kirk) specially thanked in her video of Romanian Angels, where US military were bring gifts to young orphans.

 

The document contains absolutely incredible information and details, which the author of the complaint, Ana Maria Nuciu, argues with concrete evidence, which, under normal conditions, would have led to convictions with long prison terms. However, since we are talking about military interests, the US, NATO, there are forces that always try to put the matter on the back burner whenever such scandals explode in the public space, the journalist writes.

 

The case was effectively buried when the Americans invoked the Agreement signed in 2001 between the two countries, in which Romania ceded the right of investigation of the American soldiers to the USA.

 

Another article provides proof that Col Otto Busher, the person that Erika Frantzve thanked for helping with orphans, was directly involved in the trafficking, as there were translations of his messages where he was negotiating prices.

This L. tried to delete from Ana Maria Nuciu's computer certain files in which the conversations that Commander Otto Busher had with the prostitutes were translated, but, bad luck!, they had already been saved, so they are now in our possession. You will notice in one file even the amounts paid for sexual services!", writes Spânu. Furthermore, Nuciu brings an audio document in which she can be heard being threatened by a Mark Boggs, who tells her that he will run her over with his car if she continues to interfere.

 

Of course it's not known if Erika Frantzve Kirk knew of Col Busher's involvement in trafficking of young girls, but it certainly raises questions. And adds credibility to the claims this organiztion was trafficking orphans to Israel.

 

Strangely I also found this article from 2022, which indicates that at the outbreak of the Ukraine - Russia war, 100 "jewish orphans" from Ukraine were brought across the border to Romania and they were flown to Israel. That seems like a very unusual practice and it seems like a surprisingly high number of orphans who happened to be Jewish.

 

Over 100 Jewish orphans crossed the border to Siret, from Ukraine, last night, the Israeli Embassy in Romania announced on its Facebook page.

 

edit: some additional information. The translator/whistleblower that made the claims of human trafficking of young minor girls to the US base also claimed this was connected to an infamous case in Romania known as the Caracal-Deveselu File. Two teenage girls, Luiza Melencu (18) and Alexandra Măceșanu (15), disappeared under alarming circumstances. Luiza disappeared in April 2019, after telling her family she was going to Caracal; Alexandra disappeared in July, after hitchhiking. They were both kidnapped close to the US military base, and the person eventually arrested and convicted of their kidnap and murder was charged with trafficking also. Many locals believed that the person arrested was simply a small time trafficker and the case was protecting powerful, connected people.

 

A respected local journalist believes that the US military base was actually knowingly running a brothel on its premises in order to prevent American soldiers from engaging with women off the base, which it believed presented a security risk. And the journalist's supposition is that the person arrested for kidnapping the girls was doing so to supply the American base. An organized crime boss "Bogdan Cocoş" was also arrested in connection with this trafficking network and running a prostitution ring, but he later died of "suicide" while in prison. Romanian investigators refused to full investigate the crime, for example they did not examine the kidnappers phone and computer etc and some believe that was because they were afraid of who might be implicated.
