the design is horrible. Just looking at the Obamas one understands they have awful taste. Can't find the article or video of this-at one time Michael took down a lot of art in the White House and replaced it with a bunch of abstract crap she got on loan. They took it all seriously but when I watched it I was appalled. Anybody got a link to that?

Then they turn up with this 'design' for a 'library'

A little bit on ethnic populations in Minneapolis area, from wikipedia. Think about it:

The Hmong people are a major ethnic group in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area. As of 2000, there were 40,707 ethnic Hmong in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. The 2010 U.S. Census stated there were 66,000 ethnic Hmong in Minneapolis-St. Paul, giving it the largest urban Hmong population in the world.

In early 2016, the Minnesota Demographers Office gave an estimate that there are between 40,200 and 52,400 Somalis in Minnesota, although some from the Somali community put the number as high as 80,000.[13] These estimates include people born in Somalia and of Somali descent. Somalis in Minnesota reside throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area and the surrounding towns. Many Somalis inhabit Minneapolis' Cedar-Riverside neighborhood, particularly newly arrived immigrants. Somali professionals often move to the suburbs to raise their children in a more secure environment away from the inner city. Although Somalis have established ethnic enclaves, there is an easy commute between Somali areas and the wider metropolis
